In this Agreement, your obligations and right, for every action that contemplated by this Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without providing to give effect to any principles of conflict of law. This agreement is not governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
LAW MART, Inc. dba LAW SEARCH NETWORK makes no representation in the materials that are offered in this site to be appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who accept to choose and access this site, from other locations, are responsible for compliance with local laws.
For the validity of the provisions disclosed, and if this agreement shalt be void, unlawful, or for any reason whatsoever unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement, then it shalt affect the enforceability and validity of any remaining provisions. REFERRAL SCOPE OF POLICY
A majority of LAW MART, Inc. dba LAW SEARCH NETWORK lawyer referrals made to our panel of member attorneys offer a free 30 minute consultation. Additional hours can be charged depending on the attorney member you retained. Contingency cases may not be charged depending on the attorney member. The Modest Mean Program and Veteran Assistance Program (VAP) does include a $50 application fee for finding low income attorneys. Promotions for Special Fee Program excludes additional services by attorney member, costs varies and can fluctuate depending on events, holidays, weekly and monthly promotion advertised by LAW MART, Inc. dba LAW SEARCH NETWORK. LAW MART, Inc. dba LAW SEARCH NETWORK cannot and does not guarantee a lawyer referral for every request. If LAW MART, Inc. dba LAW SEARCH NETWORK is not capable of commence a lawyer referral, we will attempt to provide you with additional or alternative legal assistance information with State Bar of California or other legal aid programs endorsed to assist you.
In respect to making a referral to our member attorneys, LAW MART, Inc. dba LAW SEARCH NETWORK would require your name, email address(es), mailing address, telephone number(s), area of law and synopsis of the matter you are seeking legal assistance with. LAW MART, Inc. dba LAW SEARCH NETWORK may require further additional information as required in order to commence a proper lawyer referral. LAW MART, Inc. dba LAW SEARCH NETWORK will collect and provide the information provided to our member attorney(s). LAW MART, Inc. dba LAW SEARCH NETWORK will not trade, sell, rent or otherwise use your personal information outside the referral process. The information provided by you will be used exclusively for referral purposes only.
LAW MART, Inc. dba LAW SEARCH NETWORK will not and cannot accept any information from you in the form of mail, faxes, email, or documents including, but not limited to court orders, tickets, notices, medical records, personal documents, business documents and so forth. LAW MART, Inc. dba LAW SEARCH NETWORK will neither need nor accept any of these types of information in order to make a referral to our attorney members. If we have obtained any information of this nature, whatsoever, it leaves us no choice but to delete and destroy evidence.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES
In no event and under no legal theory shall LAW MART, Inc. dba LAW SEARCH NETWORK. or any person who has been involved in the creation, production, delivery, operation or administration of LAW MART, Inc. dba LAW SEARCH NETWORK. be liable to you or any other person for any general, direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or other damages of any character that result in any way from your use of or inability to use this website, your reliance on or use of information accessible on this website, and/or services provided on or through this website, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, errors, defects, delays in operation, or transmission or any failure of performance. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from this website and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from LAW MART, Inc. dba LAW SEARCH NETWORK if in the sole discretion of LAW MART, Inc. dba LAW SEARCH NETWORK you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
MISCELLANEOUS DISCLOSURE
